At Serve.Love LLC, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. We strictly comply with Google Play policies, local laws, and international regulations to prevent any form of CSAE on our platform.
Our Commitments:
- We do not allow any CSAE content, including images, videos, links, or discussions related to the abuse or exploitation of minors.
- We actively monitor and remove any content violating these rules.
- We report any such content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement agencies.
Age Restrictions
We do abide by the United States Children Online Privacy Protection Act of 1988 and therefore you must be at least 13 years old to sign up for and use our service with your own profile. We also encourage all younger visitors to speak with parents or guardians before using our website or application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If your child has used our service and submitted personal information to us without your consent, please contact us and we will immediately remove that information from our service.
Enforcement Actions:
We will take immediate action against any user or content violating this policy, including account bans and law enforcement reporting.
