A state ID or driver's license. They also ask for Social Security numbers or cards for each person in the household.

Proof

They may ask for proof of address (a piece of mail or a utility bill).

Appointment

By appointment or request: contact them before you go; this isn't a walk-in pantry.

In their words: “Serves residents of Barrow and Clarke counties. Must present application form, picture ID/driver license, social security card, and proof of residence or lease (or eviction notice/utility cut-off notice). Does not need proof of legal status. Clients can receive food once every three months. Appointments are needed.”
