Austell, Clarkdale, East Douglas County, Lithia Springs, Mableton, and Powder Springs. Coming from outside that area? Call first. Many still help in an emergency.

ID

A state ID or driver's license. They also ask for Social Security numbers or cards for each person in the household.

Proof

They may ask for proof of address (a piece of mail or a utility bill) and proof of income.

In their words: “Serves residents of Austell, Clarkdale, East Douglas County, Lithia Springs, Mableton, and Powder Springs. Documentation required: Valid driver's license/State ID, social security cards or birth certificates for all household members, current proof of residence, and verification of income and/or benefits received for the entire household (e.g., termination letter, SSI/SSD, unemployment, pay stubs, state benefits). Does not need proof of legal status.”
