Audubon, Barrington, Bellmawr, Glendora, Gloucester City, Haddon Heights, Haddonfield, Law. Coming from outside that area? Call first. Many still help in an emergency.

ID

A photo ID of any kind. It doesn't have to be a driver's license.

Proof

They may ask for proof of address (a piece of mail or a utility bill) and proof of income.

In their words: “Serves residents of Audubon, Barrington, Bellmawr, Glendora, Gloucester City, Haddon Heights, Haddonfield, Lawnside, Magnolia, Mt Ephraim, and Runnemede. Must provide identification for every person (Adults: Valid Driver License or county photo ID; Children: Social security card, school ID, birth certificate, or insurance card). Must provide proof of residency (lease or utility bill) and proof of income/eligibility for every adult (e.g., tax return, pay stub, pension/disability letter, Social Security, Welfare, SSI, Food Stamp letter, or Medicaid card). Federal income guidelines based on family size apply. Not a primary source of assistance; intended for temporary help.”
