Must provide proof of residency (lease or utility bill) and proof of income/eligibility for every adult (e.g., tax return, pay stub, pension/disability letter, Social Security, Welfare, SSI, Food Stamp letter, or Medicaid card). Federal income guidelines based on family size apply. Not a primary source of assistance; intended for temporary help.”
