- They may ask for proof of address (a piece of mail or a utility bill) and proof of income.
In their words: “Serves Braintree Residents Only. First-time visitors must fill out an application form and meet with a Food Pantry Counselor. Requirements include: Proof of current Braintree residency (Driver's License, recent utility bill), Copy of current Lease Agreement, Proof of all income received (pay stubs, unemployment payments, AFDC forms, SSI or SSDI, child support payments, etc.), and Identification paperwork for all family members (Birth certificates, WIC card information, etc.).”
