- Charlotte or Vermontville. Coming from outside that area? Call first. Many still help in an emergency.

- A photo ID of any kind. It doesn't have to be a driver's license.
- Proof
- They may ask for proof of address (a piece of mail or a utility bill) and proof of income.

People from other areas are generally given a one-time food order and referred to their local pantry for future assistance. Clients are restricted to frequenting only one food pantry each month.”
