For assistance longer than 4 weeks, an interview is required on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Requirements for becoming a client: 1. Photo ID for each person 18+; 2. Birth certificate, Medical card, or immunization card for each child; 3. Proof of address (mailed bill with name and address); 4. Rent or mortgage receipt if applicable; 5. Income verification for all working adults if applicable; 6. Social Security, Unemployment or Disability payments if applicable.”
