Documentation Required: ID, Proof of income (employment slip or state card for public assistance), Proof of family size and ages of children, Proof of current residence such as phone bill or rent receipt required for registration, Letter of referral from DSS worker or case manager required for single adults and Picture ID and medical cards for all family members required for each food pantry visit”
