In their words: “Must reside within the service area of the AVAC. Must be under 150% of the income poverty guidelines. Registration is required on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month from 9:45 AM to 1:30 PM. Must bring proof of income for all adults in the household, Social Security cards for everyone living in the household, and proof of residence (recent bill or rent receipt with current address; phone bill not acceptable).”
