If residence does not match ID, a new lease agreement (accepted for 1 month only) or a utility bill with the current address matching the ID is required. Must provide the last 4 numbers of the social security number for each child. Only 1 family per household may register; no children over 18 can be registered even if living at home. Clients can receive food once every 30 days.”
