Why is there a $15 setup fee for the free plan?

The one-time $15 fee covers secure authentication setup, account provisioning, and initial onboarding. It helps us keep the service free while ensuring every account is legitimate and secure. You’ll never pay it again—even if you upgrade later.

What counts toward “100 active volunteers”?

Active volunteers are those who have signed up for or completed a shift in the past 12 months. If someone volunteers once and doesn’t return, they’ll eventually become inactive and won’t count toward your limit. Most small-to-medium programs operate well within 100 active volunteers.

What happens if I exceed the free tier limits?

We won’t cut you off mid-event. If you approach your limits, we’ll notify you and give you time to decide whether to upgrade. Your volunteers and data are always safe. Think of the limits as guardrails, not traps.

Do all plans really include every feature?

Yes. AI event creation, mobile apps, geofencing, automated surveys, digital signatures, custom branding—everything is available on every plan, including Starter. We don’t believe in feature-gating. The only differences are volume limits (Starter), support level (Professional), and API access plus dedicated support (Enterprise).

Can I switch plans later?

What if I’m switching from another platform?

We’ll help you migrate for free. Send us your volunteer data (CSV, Excel, whatever you have) and we’ll import it. Most migrations are complete within 24-48 hours. We’ve moved organizations from Galaxy Digital, SignUpGenius, VolunteerHub, Volgistics, and spreadsheets.
