We provide onboarding support to make sure you're confident from day one.
Yes! Send us your volunteer list as CSV or Excel and we'll import it. We handle names, emails, phone numbers, historical hours, custom tags, and past event data. Most imports complete within 24 hours.
No. If you can use email and browse websites, you can use Serve.Love. The interface is designed for nonprofit staff—not developers. That said, custom forms, advanced automation, and API integrations are available for organizations that need them.
Absolutely. The app is optional. Volunteers can sign up via your website (embedded calendar), direct links, QR codes at events, or mobile web browser. The app adds geofencing auto-sign-in and push notifications, but it's not required.

We won't cut you off mid-event. We'll notify you and give you time to upgrade. Professional and Enterprise plans include unlimited volunteers and hours.
Our pricing is already nonprofit-focused. We don't have a separate "nonprofit discount" because we only serve nonprofits. We also support grant applications—ask us for documentation.
