Kendall-Whittier Tutoring Collective

Sit with a student and work through the day's homework: reading, math worksheets, and the occasional science project. You don't need to be a teacher, just patient. Background check required before your second visit.

Read aloud, listen to students read, and help them pick a book to take home from our free library shelf. A calm, cozy shift.

Help adult English learners practice everyday conversation: ordering at a restaurant, talking to a landlord, a job interview. We supply topic cards; you bring the conversation.
